Complete Medical Consultants was founded by two business partners, David Bulluck and Dipen Makati. David Bulluck is a personal injury attorney who brings his legal knowledge and experience. Dipen Makati has spent decades as a healthcare administrator with extensive experience in managing all aspects of a medical practice. Together, David and Dipen, form a unique team that helps medical practices to grow and maximize the management of patients involved in personal injury cases.

As director and billing manager for practices across multiple states, Dipen demonstrates adeptness in navigating diverse healthcare landscapes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring financial success. Alongside his professional endeavors, he actively engages in philanthropy and community service, serving as Vice President of Fundraising for the Association of the US Army (AUSA) to support its noble causes.
